Yippee!
Yeah! 7-0 we won the game against Goodrich. One more to go, it will determine if we are City Champs or not. Perkins, who we are playing tomorrow (as far as I know) are undefeated as well.
Squeaks just got back from Sigler Animal Hosptial. He was, uh.. he had surgery. Poor little guy, he's still alittle messed up from the anestesia. He was shaking in my arms on the way home. Aww!
Today was also try-outs for the Ellet High School musical (this year Grease). I didn't go #1:I had a game #2: It's a big commitment because there are so many practices #3. I am really shy singing infront of others, let alone a big auditoium. It's not that I doubt myself because I know my voice isn't horrible, but I just get really scared and I begin to convulse! Ok, that's a little too dramatic, but honestly I begin to shake. Dad, Audrey, and I are singing for the Christmas program on Sunday. We put in some sweet harmonization. And I get to ring those bells in this one song. I feel goofy, but it will make the play all the better to have the little sleigh bell accompniment!!!
I can't wait until tomorrow. I get to dress up all pretty. Audrey's concert is tomorrow, too. And on Thursday I think, or possibly Friday, is the entire 8th grade student body photo.
Here's a joke for ya!
After having fraternal twins, the mother went to sleep and didn't wake up for 2 days. When she awoke, the nurse said she had two healthy babies, one a girl and one a boy. She asked if her husband had named the children.
"No", replied the nurse, "your brother insisted on naming the children and your husban agreed."
"Oh...," said the mother. She was alittle worried. After a breif moment of silence, the mother asked, "What did he name the children?"
"Well, your daughter is named Denise". The mother felt relieved.
"Phew, atleast that's a normal name! And the boy?"
"Your brother named him De-nephew"
Haha, that's an old one and I told it to my family at dinner. Only Philip laughed.
