I'M BACK !! :D

Yes, I know that my post is long over-due but now it's all good. It's been like 5ish days since I last updated you on what has been going on. Honestly, I thought I posted like Wednesday, but I guess not. Well, I had an awesome spring break. I didn't really go anywhere, but I had fun. I ran 5 of the 7 days, either with Audrey, Hayley, or by myself. And they were good runs, too. I didn't feel bad if people were infront of me because, well, there was nobody else there. Except for Saturday .. there were many people :D haha.

So, I seriously forget what went on most of this week. The Hyre girl's track team beat Goodyear, but lost to Perkins by like 5 points. In my event, we placed 3rd in the city and 2nd against those two schools. I was three seconds slower this last time than two weeks ago. I had 1:12, but I ran 1:15 Wednesday. This isn't any excuse, but my knees and hips have been KILLING me. Like today, we were supposed to run 3 miles, but I only got in 2.5 because I was in sooooo much pain. Ah .. I hate having that feeling though that everybody else got in the distance but me. I really missed youth group Wednesday. I'm like "Dad, it's 6:45 so can I go home wash up, and then go to y/g." But, he said no. I'll seriously try to make it the next 3 weeks. I feel bad though because I feel like my obligations aren't right.

And how could I forget last night. We had the old people from the apartment complex next door come after school to a sock-hop thing. I sat with a bunch of old ladies who had me dying. It was so cute because they were like, "I worry about you kids -- having to worry about all the sickos and crime in the world. You know we didn't have to worry about that when I was young .." :D And I learned to polka dance .. haha !! Afterwards we all popped the balloons in the bathroom. It sounded like guns though and I think we scared the janitors ..

The Really Ugly Duckling

Once upon a time there was a mother duck and a father duck who had seven baby ducklings. Six of them were regular-looking ducklings. the seventh was a really ugly duckling. Everyone used to say, "What a nice-looking bunch of ducklings-all except that one. Boy, he's really ugly." The really ugly duckling heard these people, but he didn't care. He knew that one day he would probably grow up to be a swan and be bigger and look better than anything in the pond. Well, as it turned out, he was just a really duckling. And he grew up to be just a really ugly duck.

And So It Ends ..

Long sigh. Well, spring break is officially over. That's sort of bumming. Thinking about going back to that prison place they call school just makes me sad. No more cold weather so that means no more hoodies. No more vacations to look forward to except summer. No more sleeping in until I just can't fall back to sleep and force myself up. No more wasting my day away doing absolutly nothing and enjoying every minute of it. Nothing. It's over. :( But hey, it's like what, 46 more days of summer ?? That's pretty awesome. I ran Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. But hey, I do get to look forward to : chocolate chip cookies, seeing friends, 7th period((haha)), 4:45 :).

So today was Sunday. We brought Hayley to church today so that was very awesome. Sunday school was good. Wow .. being on Earth for 1,000 years during the millenium is a really long time !! But it's all going to be perfect so that makes it very swell !! And then we went to Wendy's for almuerzo. I made a new friend named Travis. LOL. And did you know that a junior double cheeseburger has the same amount of meat as a single regular one ?? Yes, Travis told me that while he was sweeping up straw wrappers with that cool little pushy vacume thing. I mean, why pay for two patties when you can just be Sarah Plain and Tall and get the single. I guess it all depends on what you would like to float your boat in, right ?

RiP-OFF !!

my favorite resteraunt ever, mcdonalds, is gettin cheap. psh .. my mommy picked up some lunch for us today and i swear my double cheeseburger was smaller than normal. now, ok, that's what i thought but im like hey its probably just me. nope .. everyone in my house said the same thing. what a bunch of losers .. ripping off the people who pay good money for their fake--addiction substance injected hamburgers.

so today is thursday correct ?? no its boresday. yes .. im pretty bored. i downloaded some songs off some cds to itunes .. and haha thats pretty much all. i think i will go outside now. beautiful day :)

THE iNFAMOUS QUESTiON ..

there has always been the question of whether or not the school bell rings on weekends and when the little children are not in school. well i have the answer :: YES !!

as audrey and i were just minding our own buisness while running up at the hyre loop, we heard the bell go off. it was about noon so the bell was signaling the end of 5th period .. which ends at 11:58.

but why don't they simply just turn it off ?? or is it permanatly set to ring every 40 minutes forever ?? wouldn't that be annoying to hobos sleeping under the picnic tables .. or the old people in the apartment next door. or how about the people at the post office across the street ?? it's just a big inconvienience to everybody, right ?? i say that we should just rid ourselves of those stinkin alarms. but then, you will ask, how will the kids know when to change classes ?? thats a good point. they wouldn't .. so then there would be no point of even ever going to school.

sounds good to me. :)

SO FAR ..

spring break so far has actually been funner ((i just invented another word)) than i thought it would be. i've actually done stuff !! so monday hayley, becca, chryssie, and i "ran" up at hyre. yea .. after we ran a lap we're like let's go to acme. so we did and they were all happy picking flowers for their little club haha. but then we walked up to strickland's and then hatton. hayley adn chryssie abducted bricks and took them home. hah. weirdos .. j//k j//k. :)
so then yesterday .. hayley becca and i went up to the mall to meet milana, breanaa, and her sister (srdjana ??). it was a little akward feeling because we don't know them too well, but when they invited me i'm like "sure !!". hayley and i had a little "adventure" in jcpenney's and she bought an XXXXL lemonade. i got these bead things at claire's and the lady's like "hey you can get any of these thingys for 99 cents" and im like shoot, im not passing up this bargain !! so i got these nail clipper thingys but when i got home i discovered they didnt even have nail clippers .. psh. rip-off salespeople .. so after the mall hayley and i went up to ellet to watch audrey's meet. we missed her run the 4x8 though :'(. so it was a little boring since we didnt get to see audrey so we just walked back to my house. but hayley stole some little kid's peice of chalk off the sidewalk and was making her "gang" symbol on telephone poles the whole way home -- Smiley. ah and i have some scary people living on my street. in some people's garage they had like a serial killer statue in their garage and i got soo freaked out when i saw it. phew .. scared the crap out of me.
and now today. audrey got home from practice at like 11:15 or something and i'm like "hey aud, do you want to go running ??" and even though she was tired, she agreed. aww :) so we ran down wedgewood up to hyre, ran the 1/2 mile loop, walked the loop again, and ran home. so altogether we probably ran 1.5 miles. eh .. that's pretty good !! but im still trying to work back up to running 3 miles non-stop like we had to last year. i think over the summer i might do cross-country w// aud. i remember on the first day of summer i made emily run w// me around tallmadge because i wanted to "stay in shape" from track. hah .. after that i just gave up. but i don't want to do that again !! i want to keep this up :)

so yes .. spring break has been fun so far

wow .. i need to get some depth into my posting again like i did over the summer. like actually write about what im thinking about rather than just the 4-1-1 on what i've done. hm .. maybe ill go read the newspaper. ha !! no. oooo but its 1:00 and im hungry :'( i ate the last party pizza for lunch yesterday and we don't have any more macaronni and cheese .. i ate that monday. sandwiches arent really my thing and this was a really boring post. want to do something today ?? call :)

ooh !! ill write about easter !! let's see .. well the son has risen service went super well !! all the video//interviews//skit part went practically flawless. i was so happy to be a part of it. me and bobby really got into our parts and it was so much fun !! the duet that i shared w// audrey went well, too. i love singing with audrey :). after the church service we went to grandma and grandpa's. woo good time. i found out that my aunt susie and uncle sean are going to adopt a baby from ethiopia !! aww .. im excited. but im never going to get to see him//her because they live in columbus. that's why i like holidays so much because i get to see the family i never usually get to see.

SO MAD !!

THEN WE DID SOME SPRINTING STUFF .. THEN WE DID TIMING ON THE STAIRS .. AND THEN WE RAN UP THE STAIRS .. AND THEN DOWN 86 OR SOMETHING MORE STAIRS UNTIL WE GOT TO LIONS FEILD OR W//E IT'S CALLED TO RUN THE 1/4 MILE LOOPY THING AND RAN BACK UP THE 86 STEPS AND DOWN THE 59 STEPS. WHEW. WHAT A WORK OUT. LOL. BUT IT WAS A SURPRISE BECAUSE COACH JACKSON ACTUALLY RAN W// US TODAY !!

LOL ISN'T THAT SAD THAT I HAVE A HARD TIME HITTING THOSE NOTES ?? LOL BUT ITS FIRST PERIOD IN THE MORNING SO GIVE ME A BREAK !! HEHE. WHAT ELSE ?? I GOT AN XL WARM-UP AND ITS SUPER BIG TO SAY THE LEAST. I HAVE TO READ 36 PGS IN THIS HUMONGO BIG LIT BOOK FOR WENTZEL. BUT NO BEACON THIS WEEK. I THINK THAT DESERVES A HOOHAA.

TODAY WAS OUR FIRST MEET. EVERYONE DID SUPER DUPERLY WELL !! KAYLA THREW 27 FT. IN SHOT-PUT, MOST OF OUR SPRINTING EVENTS WE GOT 1ST EVERYTIME, HAYLEY GOT 2ND AND 3RD IN THE 1600 M, BECCA GOT AN AWESOME AWESOME TIME IN THE 400 M DASH, ME AND THE RELAY TEAM FOR THE 1600 M GOT 1ST AND 4TH, AND WE ALL WENT HOME SMILING. LOL OR MAYBE NOT. I WENT HOME GAGGING, COUGHING, AND SPITTING ((YEA .. NOT A PRETTY SIGHT)) HYRE GOT 1ST PLACE BETWEEN REIDINGER AND I THINK IT WAS INNES.

AND RIGHT NOW I AM EATING AN ICECREAM SANDWICH AND LETTING MY HAIR DRY. MY HAIR IS SO BORING AND IM "EXPIRIMENTING" WITH IT. SO I WASHED MY HAIR WITH CURLING SHAMPOO, USED SOME OF AUD'S SCRUNCHING GEL, AND AM NOW WAITING IT OUT. BUT UGH ITS NOT WORKING TOO WELL. ITS NO FAIR THAT GIRLS WITH SUPERLY STRAIGHT HAIR CAN SCRUNCH IT REALLY WELL, BUT THEN LITTLE OLD LIZ WHO HAS WAVYISH HAIR CANNOT GET IT TO SCRUNCH !! :( AND CURLING IRONS DON'T WORK WELL, AND I AM SOOO NOT GETTING A PERM. QUiET NiGHT

so here i am. 10:33 pee em. tonight im just at home relaxing and getting ready for that nice long, 3 day weekend. school was pleasant enough today. the counselors from ellet came down to hyre today to help make our schedules. my counselor will be mrs. culver. aw shes so helpful. she realyl helped audrey out when something emotional happend at school, and from what i can tell, she's the COOLEST counselor up there. so she looked at my star reading//math scores and my report card and said that those were good. but then she saw i had 7 classes .. 7/8 in the day and the eighth is lunch .. filled up. so shes like woah .. you are not going to have any study halls. i mean, i would have had a study hall if not for orchestra. i dont want to take orchestra next year and i didn't really get a chance to talk it over w// my parents so i didn't want to drop it w//o telling them. SIGH so yea .. it's all done now. no re-dos. im going to high school next year. ah. that's a scary thought ..

um .. well we went up to ellet again for practice. the ellet team had a meet today so it was kind of hard to find a place to run. we ran 500 m, sprinting the last 100. wooooah that was rough. then i tried to do the baton relay pass off thingamagig. hah. that was fun. a sophmore saw us and asked mr. jackson if she could show us how it's done CORRECTLY. wow .. but woo becca + i = beastly baton passers hehe. well, actually i still suck but o well.

philip had his first concert up at hyre tonight. i couldn't go because im getting sick and still needed to clean my disasterous room. but ah. now it feels nice to walk into a nice clean place : ). but tomorrow at 5 im sure it will be a mess again. and woo audrey straightened her hair. it looks b-e-a-utiful. but o wait .. audrey always looks pretty :D

and i just want to give out a congradulations to kristen adams for updating. way to go ; ). and for the rest of you non-bloggers, get to it. i have nothing to read anymore.

A VERY NICE POST

well. i am going to bed very soon because i am very tired so this will be a very nice little post. my day=normal. nothing that extravagent or anything like that. well i take that back. we had a par-tay in 2/3 period today. yesterday was wentzel's bday (58th!) and so libby had the brillant idea to throw him a party. yours truely provided the china, hayley got the napkins, lydia had the balloons, and of course libby had the cake. wow. definatly a very swell cake. it was so cute because you could really tell it made him happy :).

and hooray for liz because she made the track team. it was stupid .. hyre track is known for the "everybody makes it sport" so a lot of people join. which is awesome because it is healthy for their little bodies. but for some reason unknown to me, mrs. firtha decided to make cuts down to 35 for the girls. i guess it had something to do with not enough uniforms .. or whatever. but anyways, "tenatively" i will be running the 400m dash and the 1600m relay. o dear. two events this year. the relay is the last event, and all the meets are on wendesday. do the math and it comes out to be not good because i will be missing about a months worth of y/g. not counting the championship meet. i got out of it this year, but idk if i can now. hopefully i will just be late. but then i will smell .. GROSS !! lol bsbc will still love me though, right ?? they have this rule where all team members HAVE to stay until the end to support the team. which i see as good, or else the last people running would have nobody to cheer them on. ugh .. i don't want to do the relay :'( oh well ..

i am in like such a good mood tonight !! i feel like smiling all the time. i saw some of the UCLA/Florida game and woah .. ucla is a tough bunch of kids. like 5 minutes in they had 2 fouls and a charge. i could care less who wins, because all that matters is that my bucks didn't get in the final four :'(

well i figure it's time for a nice little update. right now audrey and i are obsessively listening to some neil sedaka song .. which is pretty much awesome to say the least. breaking up is hard to do, did you know that ?? well according to neil, it is.

so my weekend has been pleasant so far. friday we went up to ellet again and it was killer !! my entire thighs are aching like nobody's buisness still. we ran, no sprinted, the length of the football 4 times as a warm down. oh dear .. that was bad. i was so ready to go home i ran as fast as humanly possible just to get it over with. it was sort of raining to so that was no fun. then @ 7 was the coffeehouse. audrey and i had THE best hiding spot and haha we're not telling you where we were. nobody found us until the last round, and then of course little tylesha was like haha i see you. i was crushed :( but it's all good. after the coffee house i went to em's birthday party. oo that was major fun. lot's of silliness going on. hot hands until 3 in the morning definatly kept me awake, but once my head hit the pillow i was out as fast as batteries from dollar general. and we had the traditional gigantic muffins to break our fast. mmhmm good stuff.

so i got home yesterday around 1 from em's and then went to babysit at 4:30. i absolutly love those kids .. but oh my .. they wear you out. all three of them needed your whole, un-divided attention every moment. leah was sick and got to eat out in the living room. and of course the other two just had to do the same. i finally got them to come eat and they were standing on their chairs and crawling on the tables .. and i gave a time-out. yea .. i mean buisness. but she refused to go up and i had to carry her, which definatly didn't help my already aching body. aww and on tv liead was watching this thing on animal cops where this family of dogs got stung by bees and all died :( that was very sad.

well that's the low-down on liz's life. haha say that 5 times fast
